Parker Ad pen mod

I got this pen the other say and decided that I wanted it to be a fountain pen not a roller ball so this is what I came up with.

I have a lot of Esterbrook nibs so that is what I used in it.

I also had to make up a new section as well to take the screw in nibs.

Big Red

This will be as close as I will be getting to a Paker Big Red.

I think these were produced in the early 80's but I am not 100% sure on the date but I do remember having then as advertising for my business when I opened up in 1983.

I was able to get a section that worked with the inner cap liner and all I had to do was drill out the black cap a bit for the nib.

It takes a converter as well as a Waterman long cart.

So now I have a retro looking work pen that did not set me back to much.
